Tentatively, there will be a "standing committee" of hams from around the state that will provide a 'core', of sorts, to making these happen. There will be a "Host Club" that "sponsors/hosts/does" the hamfest. At this point and pending acceptance, Skip Prinsen W7PN has suggested the CheyWy club in Cheyenne 'sponsor/host/do' the 2011 hamfest.
Again, this is mostly a place holder. Most aren't even hope from the 2010 Convention and H'fest yet!
