Saturday Swapfest - NO CHARGE TO HAVE A SPOT, NO CHARGE TO ATTEND SWAPFEST
supply your own table/booth/security setup

First Year Hams

First Year Ham $20.00 Registration Fee, Both EarlyBird, Regular or at the door.

First Year Ham defined as first licensed between May 27th, 2009 and May 28th, 2010
as per the FCC ULS database.

Of course, meals, etc. are not included.

Early Bird Registration

• EARLYBIRD REGISTRATION - Thru March 31st.

Early Bird Registration was extended to April 16th. But, is now closed. Regular pre-registration rates now apply

• ARRL MEMBERS - $20.00
  • ARRL Family Member (non-licensed spouse, etc.) gets ARRL rate if registered at same time as ARRL Member
• If not an ARRL Member - $30.00

This gets You:
1. Access to the Convention Forums, Exhibitor/Vendor area
2. 1 ticket for the Early Bird Prize Drawing
3. 10 Convention Prize Drawing Tickets
4. A $5.00 discount on your Saturday night banquet ticket (your cost will be ($30.00) ARRL

Regular Pre-registration

• REGULAR REGISTRATION - April 1st thru May 27th
• ARRL Members - $30.00
  • ARRL Family Member (non-licensed spouse, etc.) gets ARRL rate if register at same time as ARRL Member
• If not an ARRL Member - $40.00

This gets You:
1. Access to the Convention Forums, Exhibitor/Vendor Area
2. 2 Convention Prize Drawing Tickets

At the Door

• ARRL Members - $30.00
  • ARRL Family Member (non-licensed spouse, etc.) gets ARRL rate if register at same time as ARRL Member

Special Event

• SPECIAL EVENTS (Additional fee per event)
  • Friday Night Meet and Greet - $5.00

This Gets You:
1. Finger-foods Buffet
2. Meet and Greet with ARRL President, Division Director and Vice Director, all 4 Section Managers
3. Opening Ceremonies and start of Competition in the Ham Olympics

Saturday Night Banquet

• Saturday Night Banquet - $35.00

ATTENTION - IF YOU HAVE NOT ORDERED A BANQUET TICKET AND WOULD LIKE TO - THE DEADLINE TO DO SO IS WEDNESDAY AT NOON. MEAL CHOICES: Prime Rib, Chicken, Vegetarian If you've already registered, Katie WY7KRA will be contacting you individually for your meal choice.

Sunday Morning Breakfast

• Sunday Morning Breakfast - $15.00

Inside Swap Tables

Due to the anticipated weather, anyone that wants an inside swap table will be charged $5.00 and a table is provided.

If you want to stay outside - still free, provide your own table, etc.
